Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to job sites with a strong focus on customer service and safety. Class A or B CDL holders are welcome, and home daily shifts are provided as part of a growing nationwide team.

You will operate concrete mixer trucks, load and inspect concrete, and maintain safety and delivery records while collaborating with dispatch and plant teams.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Experience as Mixer Operator or construction delivery is a plus, newcomers welcome.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
