Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You will operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL), load and inspect concrete, and deliver with a service-first attitude.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip checks, maintaining records, and coordinating with dispatch. We offer home daily routes, safety-focused culture, and opportunities for growth within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record with a focus on safety.
• Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and withstand all weather.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; willingness to learn.
• Willingness to complete SRM pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a mixer truck (CDL) to deliver ready mix concrete safely.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to specifications.
• Provide excellent customer service at each job site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA and SRM safety protocols.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records and coordinate with dispatch.
• Assist with plant or yard duties as needed.
