Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time, accurately delivered loads with a service-first attitude.

Active Class A or B CDL required, strong safety record, and ability to work in varied weather. This role provides home daily and a path for growth within a national leader in the concrete industry.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather.
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA and safety protocols to protect all.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch for scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
