Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to job sites. As the face of SRM at the site, you’ll ensure on-time deliveries with a service-first attitude.

Qualifications include an active Class A or B CDL and a current DOT Medical Card, plus a strong safety mindset and excellent communication skills. This role involves physical work and potential overtime. Home daily with local routes.

• Ability to work in all weather and lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
