SRM Concrete is seeking a skilled Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix to construction sites. With a Class A or B CDL, you’ll be the face of SRM on job sites, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries while upholding our service-first standards.

You’ll perform inspections, load and mix concrete to spec, and maintain records. SRM emphasizes safety, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow with a nationwide leader.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Willingness to learn and complete pre-employment screenings.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at each job site, representing SRM Concrete professionally.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance checks.
• Adhere to DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
