Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators (Ready Mix Truck Drivers) with Class A or B CDL to deliver quality concrete and provide outstanding customer service. You’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time deliveries and professional handling, while staying safety-focused and home daily.

Responsibilities include operating a concrete mixer, loading and inspecting mix, performing pre/post-trip checks, maintaining records, and coordinating with dispatch.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL with DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and representing SRM values.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather.
• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or Ready Mix Driver is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
