Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking Mixer Operators (CDL required) to deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites. You’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time deliveries with accuracy and professional service.

All operators are home daily, with Sundays off. We offer competitive hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, plus bonuses and strong benefits, and opportunities to grow with a nationwide leader in concrete.

Qualifications

• CDL class A or B required.
• Valid DOT medical card preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for safety.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
