Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites. You’ll be the face at job sites, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries with safety and courtesy. CDL A/B required, with pre/post-trip checks and a strong service mindset.

Qualifications

• Active CDL with Class A or B and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safety record and commitment to safety procedures.
• Customer-focused with professional interaction at job sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL A/B) to safely deliver ready mix to sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service onsite and represent SRM professionally.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT/OSHA safety protocols and keep accurate delivery records.
• Coordinate with dispatch for scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
