Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking Mixer Operators to join our national ready mix team. You’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, safely operating concrete mixers, ensuring on-time deliveries, and delivering professional customer service while upholding our values.

You’ll work with a Class A or B CDL, load and inspect concrete to meet specs, complete pre- and post-trip checks, and coordinate with dispatch. We offer strong benefits, growth opportunities, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent customer service and representing SRM values.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
