Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to construction sites. If you hold a Class A or B CDL and value safety, customer service, and reliability, this is a great fit. You’ll be the face at job sites and home daily after each shift.

You'll perform pre-trip inspections, maintain logs, and coordinate with dispatch for on-time deliveries. The role offers competitive hourly pay, overtime after 8 hours, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Commitment to safety and reliable delivery performance.
• Excellent communication and customer service at job sites.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality.
• Provide exceptional customer service at every site.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and coordinate with dispatch.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
