Job summary

SRM Concrete in the United States is seeking Mixer Operators (CDL required) to deliver ready-mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You’ll load, mix, and inspect concrete, ensure on-time deliveries, and represent SRM with a service-first mindset.

The role offers home daily, no Sunday work per SRM policy, overtime after 8 hours, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, a 401k match, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong customer service orientation and representing SRM’s values on every job.
• Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or Ready Mix Driver is a plus, but motivated newcomers are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
