Job summary

SRM Concrete in the United States is seeking a Mixer Operator with a Class A or B CDL to deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites. You will be the face of SRM at the customer site, ensuring on-time deliveries and professional service while maintaining safety.

This full-time role offers hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, home daily, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance; 401k with company match; holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working in all weather.
• Willing to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to safely transport and deliver ready mix to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications.
• Provide excellent customer service at each site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT/OSHA safety protocols and maintain records.
