Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Mixer Operator (CDL required) to deliver ready-mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You’ll be the face of SRM on job sites, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries and professional service.

Qualified candidates will hold an active Class A or B CDL with a current DOT Medical Card, a safe driving history, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. A positive, service-focused attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Demonstrated safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent customer service and professionalism on job sites.
• Strong communication and teamwork with dispatch and customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service at each job site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and SRM safety protocols.
• Maintain delivery records and coordinate with dispatch for routing.
• Assist with plant/yard duties as needed.
