Job summary

McCoy’s Building Supply is seeking a delivery driver to transport lumber, building materials, and hardware to customers, sites, or stores. This role includes COD collections, order verification, and ensuring safe, timely deliveries.

You will use GPS/maps for routing, assist in yard operations when not driving, and help maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety checks. Prior forklift certification is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for communication with customers.
• Must be 23 years of age or older and able to pass training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lumber and building materials to customers' locations.
• Collect COD payments and record customer information.
• Verify orders and obtain customer signatures on delivery tickets.
