McCoy’s Building Supply in Weslaco, TX is seeking a Full-Time Delivery Driver to transport lumber, building materials, and hardware between locations and to customers' homes, sites, or businesses.

The role requires safe driving, route planning, basic record keeping, and strong customer service. You will load products, collect COD payments, and ensure delivery paperwork is accurate. A valid driver’s license and forklift certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently.
• Hold a valid driver's license for the vehicle operated.
• Successful completion of on-the-job training and forklift certification per McCoy’s requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to deliver lumber, building materials, hardware, and supplies to customers.
• Collect payment from COD orders and record customer information per SOPs.
• Verify order details and obtain customer signature on delivery ticket.
• Follow directions to locations and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Load/unload materials and keep vehicles clean and safe.
• Assist in yard/warehouse duties and stock materials.
• Comply with safety standards and FMCSR/dot requirements.
• Attend store meetings and trainings.
