Lakeshore Recycling Systems is seeking Commercial Drivers to operate heavy-duty trucks for waste and recycling pickup in Whiteland, Indiana. You will handle containers weighing over 1000 pounds and navigate busy streets, maintaining safety and adhering to DOT requirements.

Responsibilities include inspections, reporting issues, and ensuring routes meet service levels. Local travel only with no overnight trips; equality and safety are emphasized in this role.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read and speak English well enough to communicate, understand, and respond to questions.

Responsabilidades

• Operate heavy-duty trucks with front or rear load lift attachments.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Report unsafe conditions or service issues to Route Manager.
• Follow safety rules and route instructions to meet customer needs.
