Job summary

Linde plc is seeking a CDL delivery driver to reliably deliver products across California, performing stops, handling paperwork, and ensuring DOT compliance. You will count goods, complete hazmat paperwork, and perform pre/post-trip inspections to maintain safety and service quality.

You must be at least 21, hold a CDL with hazmat endorsement or obtain within 60 days, and lift up to 75 lbs. Linde offers competitive pay and benefits to support growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and ability to read/write English.
• Two years driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification with valid CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement required or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents or violations in past 2 years.
• Able to pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate.
• Able to lift at least 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers with 10-12 stops per day, touching freight and paperwork.
• Accurately count and record delivered and picked up quantities.
• Complete hazmat shipping papers per DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify maintenance needs and schedule vehicle repairs.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Learn Linde’s business operations to support growth and success.
