Job summary

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, hazmat endorsement (or obtain within 60 days), at least two years of driving experience, 21+ years old, ability to pass a DOT physical, and the capacity to lift 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Hazmat endorsement or able to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions in past 10 years.
• Able to pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate.
• Able to push, pull, move, and lift at least 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers, averaging 10–12 stops per day, handling freight and paperwork, and providing excellent customer service.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up.
• Complete hazardous material shipping papers in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify needs for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.
• Continuously learn how Linde’s business operates to support growth.
