Job summary

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• CDL Class A or B license is required or progression is tied to CDL.
• Ability to operate and maintain highway maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate highway maintenance equipment including skid steer, bucket truck, loader, and trucks.
• Perform repairs in the field such as changing tires, blades or filters.
• Maintain equipment and perform basic repairs, cleaning and lubrication.
• Flag and set up traffic control signs and barricades.
• Travel may be required and a valid driver's license is necessary.
