Job summary

Environmental Compliance Consultants is seeking a Driver Technician with CDL at our Anchorage service center to support environmental and industrial services. The role includes local driving, material handling, and on-site operations with a focus on safe, compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

CDL with Hazmat endorsement required.
Ability to drive manual transmission.
Must pass pre-employment DOT drug test.

Responsibilities

Drive and operate light and heavy commercial vehicles and equipment to perform environmental and industrial services.
Load, unload, secure, and transport cargo.
Inspect, handle, and containerize hazardous waste and materials.
Inspect containers and collection areas for compliance with regulatory requirements.
Perform routine daily vehicle and equipment inspections.
Maintain and clean industrial systems; oil water separators, etc.
Spill response, remediation, and clean-up activities.
General warehouse operations, labor, and housekeeping.
Pump fluids and other materials.
Data entry and record keeping.
Follow safety program requirements as priority one; always acting in a safe manner.
Provide excellent customer service and client relations.
Abide by company drug-free policy including recreational and medicinal marijuana.
Accomplish assigned tasks with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
