Job summary

GFL Industries is seeking Front-End Drivers to operate front-end trucks on multi-family residential and commercial routes, removing and transporting waste or recyclables. You’ll service multiple customers daily and transfer waste to appropriate stations or landfills.

Pay ranges from $25-$30 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and 401(k) matching. The role requires a valid CDL and at least 1 year of commercial driving experience or a CDL school certificate, plus safety compliance and customer

Qualifications

Valid CDL required or CDL school certificate.
Minimum 1 year commercial truck driving experience or CDL school.
Ability to pass safety-sensitive criteria and operate the truck safely.

Responsibilities

Drive front-end trucks on designated routes to collect waste and transport to facilities.
Open containers to access cans and dump into appropriate equipment.
Complete daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Interact courteously with customers and report issues to supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness around the truck and site.
Maintain logs, route productivity, and post-trip inspections as required.
Maneuver truck using mirrors and GPS.
Follow safety standards and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
