Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking an energetic Front Load Driver to service commercial routes and operate refuse collection trucks. You will perform pre-trip inspections, load containers, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily pickups.

Ideal candidates are 21+, hold a valid CDL Class A or B, and can follow DOT rules and English communications. We offer a driver award program and opportunities to grow within a nationwide waste services leader.

Qualifications

• CDL class A or B required; clean driving record.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Understand DOT regulations and commercial vehicle policies.
• Must be able to read/write English well for records.
• Ability to operate and safely maneuver various front-load/refuse trucks.
• Follow designated routes and schedules and communicate with dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Service commercial accounts by collecting refuse from front-load containers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic truck checks.
• Complete mileage/logbook and other required forms.
• Communicate professionally with customers and report issues to dispatch.
• Ensure safe operation and proper handling of materials and waste.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and proper trailer/packer operation.
