Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking a Front Load Driver to service commercial customers on an assigned route in the Broadview Heights area. You will operate front-load trucks, dump containers, and haul waste to disposal sites, while maintaining route sheets and performing safety inspections.

The role requires a valid Class B CDL and DOT Medical Card, with flexibility for nights/weekends. Competitive pay and benefits are offered, including health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand maps/navigation systems.
• Must be able to enter/exit the truck approximately 100–150 times per day.
• General knowledge of truck mechanics and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-load trucks to service commercial customers on assigned routes.
• Dump containers and haul waste/recycling to disposal sites or plants.
• Maintain route sheets and complete DVIR logs.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and keep truck cab clean.
• Interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Adhere to safety, DOT, and company policies.
