Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. in Fort Myers, Florida is seeking a Front Load CDL Driver to operate refuse collection trucks on commercial routes. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, backhaul cleanups, and communicate professionally with customers.

Qualifications

Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state of operation.
Must be at least 21 years old and maintain a safe driving record.
Ability to understand refuse collection policies and DOT requirements.
Excellent English reading and speaking skills for communication.
Able to operate refuse trucks and perform routine safety checks.

Responsibilities

Service commercial routes, empty front load containers, and operate the packer safely.
Complete route/productivity sheets and vehicle condition reports.
Communicate professionally with customers and report issues promptly.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep the truck clean.
Maintain safe driving practices and follow assigned schedules.
