Job summary

GFL Industries is seeking a Front-End Driver to operate front-end trucks across multiple residential and commercial routes. You will collect waste and recyclables, transfer loads to appropriate sites, and maintain daily route logs.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip checks, customer interaction, and safe operation. CDL is required, with at least one year of driving or a CDL school certificate. Work is on-site with potential for route variety.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL and meet safety criteria.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial truck driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Ability to operate truck and equipment safely.
• Ability to follow routes and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive front-end trucks on designated routes to collect waste and recyclables.
• Open containers and dump contents at post-collection facilities.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections and complete reports.
• Interact courteously with customers and report issues to supervision.
