Job summary

Capital Waste Services is seeking a safety-conscious Front-End Driver to service commercial waste on an assigned route using a Front-End Loader (FEL). You will ensure on-time pickups, perform inspections, and maintain DOT compliance while delivering professional customer service.

This full-time role requires independent work ethic and a strong safety mindset. The position offers opportunities to contribute to a growing, safety-focused team and to participate in ongoing training and development

Qualifications

Valid Class A or B CDL required.
DOT drug screen, background check, and physical: must pass.
Minimum 3 years experience with Front-End Loader operation.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a Front-End Loader (FEL) truck to collect and transport commercial waste.
Complete assigned routes efficiently and on schedule.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance needs.
Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
Interact professionally with customers and address service concerns.
Complete route documentation and inspections accurately.
Assist with training new drivers when assigned.
