Job summary

Circular Services is seeking a CDL Driver A/B (FEL Driver) in Frisco, TX to operate a Front-End Load recycling truck on assigned routes, delivering recyclables and ensuring safe, efficient service. The role requires a valid Texas CDL and DOT medical card, with a focus on customer service and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, vehicle inspections, and maintaining accurate delivery/pickup documentation, while adhering to safety standards and company policies in

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of satisfactory driving experience with Class A or B preferred.
• Excellent communication with customers, dispatchers, mechanics, and other drivers.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Excellent driving skills.
• Basic use of Tablets and Applications.
• Pass drug screen and criminal background check.
• Successfully complete and pass a written and road test.
• Meet all Federal & State DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operates a Front-End Load (FEL) truck and equipment on assigned route to commercial customers, providing customer service.
• Deliver recyclables to designated facility.
• Load recyclables using FEL to service 2–8 yard containers.
• Operate joystick to connect to container while avoiding obstructions.
• Ensure adequate overhead clearance to prevent damage or injury.
• Perform back-up procedures with cameras and working back-up alarms.
• Prepare, receive, and provide documentation for deliveries and pickups.
• Load, secure, and unload truck while following safety procedures.
• Maintain radio/phone communications with dispatcher for instructions.
