Job summary

Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to operate rear, front, side and roll-off trucks on designated routes. You will ensure safe vehicle operation, deliver courteous service on customer sites, and maintain records and inspections.

Candidates must be at least 18 with a valid CDL and be eligible to work in the United States. The role offers an hourly wage of $25.00–$30.00 based on experience, with opportunities for advancement and safety bonus incentives through Casella's

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid Class A or B CDL license (CDL).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift objects over 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Pre/post trip inspections and truck appearance per safety standards.
• Safely operate rear/front/side/roll off trucks on streets, sites and driveways.
• Provide courteous customer service and timely waste removal service.
• Complete route sheets and required paperwork accurately.
• Attend training and communicate with Dispatch regarding issues.
