Job summary

Casella Waste Systems, Inc seeks an experienced CDL Truck Driver to safely operate rear, front, side load and roll-off trucks on residential and commercial routes. You will provide courteous service, navigate traffic, and ensure timely waste removal with adherence to safety standards.

The position offers a pay range of $25.00–$30.00 per hour with 45+ hours weekly, plus a Career Pathways program, merit increases, and safety bonuses for advancement and recognition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A or B CDL license.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Pre-employment drug screen completion.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post trip inspections and maintain truck appearance.
• Safely operate rear, front, side load and roll-off trucks on streets and worksites.
• Provide courteous, timely service to customers on designated routes.
• Complete route paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Notify dispatch of interruptions or incidents and stay aware of surroundings.
