Qualifications

• Must hold valid CDL; driving experience or CDL school certificate required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Safety-sensitive functions criteria must be met per company standards.
• Ability to safely drive the truck and operate the equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a fully automated side loading truck on route.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reports.
• Communicate mechanical problems to supervisor or mechanic immediately.
• Maintain route quality standards as directed.
• Follow safety policies and company rules.
• Maintain clean vehicle interior and exterior.
• Keep accurate service records and documentation.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Assist supervisor to improve routing efficiencies.
• May work overtime as required.
• Attend safety and branch meetings.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
