B&D Foods in Boise, Idaho is seeking a CDL Driver/Warehouse Clerk to move materials, load/unload trucks, and support production with accurate inventory.

This role requires a CDL, forklift experience, and the ability to operate forklifts and local shuttle routes; weekend work may be required to meet operations.

Qualifications

• Has a valid CDL and clean driving record.
• At least two years of CDL driving experience.
• Experience with a 13-speed manual transmission.
• At least two years of forklift operating experience.
• Experience with inventory control and recordkeeping.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Verify product counts, labels, and the accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Operate forklifts to move raw materials, finished products, and warehouse inventory.
• Supply materials to production lines to support daily operations.
• Prepare and organize loads for shipment.
• Drive local shuttle routes and operate tractors as needed.
• Operate dump trucks for scheduled landfill runs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Keep warehouse equipment, materials, and storage areas clean and orderly.
• Inspect forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance and cleaning as needed.
• Follow all GMPs, SOPs, and company safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

General Responsibilities

The CDL Driver/Warehouse Clerk is responsible for shipping and receiving products, verifying product counts and labels, maintaining accurate inventory records, operating forklifts, preparing loads for shipment, and maintaining warehouse equipment and organization.

This position also operates local shuttle routes, tractors, and dump trucks for landfill runs. Weekend work may be required based on operational needs.

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Candidates Will Have

• A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a clean driving record
• At least two years of CDL driving experience
• Proficiency operating a commercial vehicle with a 13-speed manual transmission
• At least two years of forklift operating experience
• Experience with inventory control and recordkeeping
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• A high school diploma or GED
• The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
