B&D Foods in Boise, Idaho, is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk / Warehouse Associate to keep our operation moving. You will load and unload trucks, verify counts, operate forklifts, and support production lines to ensure timely, accurate material flow.

We value safety, teamwork, and accuracy. A minimum of 2 years forklift experience, basic computer skills, and a High School Diploma or GED are required. Competitive pay is $20 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years forklift operating experience.
• Experience with inventory control and recordkeeping.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Verify product counts and ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Operate forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and warehouse inventory.
• Supply materials to production lines to support daily operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Keep warehouse equipment, materials, and storage areas clean, organized, and orderly.
• Inspect forklifts and warehouse equipment, performing minor maintenance and cleaning as needed.
• Follow all GMPs, SOPs, and company safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
