$5500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS
After (3) months of employment, you will receive $1,500; after (6) months of employment, you will receive $4,000.
- Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames.
- You must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.
Position Summary:
To efficiently deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, compliant, and timely manner.
Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Operate CMV safely and professionally, such as combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR or GCWR.
- Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
- Safely unload and deliver products using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
- Accurately complete delivery and pickup paperwork.
- Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Maintain product levels on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers; transport products between truck, backroom, and display floor.
- Communicate any barriers to route plan adherence to Supervisor for customer or dispatch updates.
- Report unsafe working conditions.
- Attend and complete all required training and certifications.
- Follow company policies, store policies, and all applicable laws including DOT regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Must be at least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
- Valid Class A CDL and acceptable driving record.
- At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or equivalent military experience.
- Minimum one year of safe driving experience recently in a similar CMV.
- One year of work experience in physically demanding environments (distribution, construction, etc.).
- Knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Must pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Beverage industry experience.
- Customer service experience, including problem-solving.
- Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Push and pull manual transport equipment over distances.
- Physical exertion over sustained periods.
