CDL Driver Wanted - $5,000 Sign On Bonus!

Position Details

We are offering a $5,500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS:

• After 3 months of employment, you will receive $1,500;
• After 6 months of employment, you will receive $4,000.

Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the respective time frames, and you must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.

Position Summary

Deliver products efficiently to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, compliant, and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMV vehicles safely and professionally, including combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR or GCWR.
• Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
• Unload and deliver products safely using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
• Accurately complete delivery and pickup paperwork.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain product fill levels on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers, transporting product with MHE.
• Communicate any route barriers to supervisors.
• Report unsafe conditions and complete required training and certifications.
• Follow company policies, store policies, and all applicable laws including DOT regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or equivalent military experience.
• Safe driving experience within the past 12 months in a similar CMV.
• One year of work experience involving heavy lifting in environments like distribution centers, construction, or grocery docks.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Must pass drug test, background check, and DOT physical.

Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• Beverage industry experience.
• Customer service experience and experience with pallet jacks.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Repetitive pushing and pulling of manual transport equipment over 100 yards.
• Ability to exert physical effort over extended periods.
