CDL Driver Wanted - $5,000 Sign On Bonus!

Sign-On Bonus Details

$5,500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS

• Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames.
• Must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.

After 3 months of employment, you will receive $1,500; after 6 months, $4,000.

• Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames.
• Must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.

Position Summary

To efficiently deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, compliant, and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMV safely and professionally, including combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR/GCWR.
• Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
• Unload and deliver products safely and accurately using appropriate equipment.
• Complete delivery and pickup paperwork accurately.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain product levels on shelves, displays, and coolers; transport products using MHE.
• Communicate any barriers to route plans to supervisors.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions.
• Complete all required training and certifications.
• Follow company policies, store policies, and applicable laws including DOT regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or military equivalent.
• Experience within the past 12 months with similar CMV.
• One year of work experience in physically demanding environments.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Must pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.

Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• Beverage industry experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with pallet jacks or similar equipment.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds.
• Repetitive pushing and pulling of manual transport equipment over distances.
• Physically exerting over sustained periods.
