Sign-On Bonus Details
$5,500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS
- Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified time frames.
- Must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.
After 3 months of employment, you will receive $1,500; after 6 months, $4,000.

Position Summary
To efficiently deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, compliant, and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Operate CMV safely and professionally, including combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR/GCWR.
- Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
- Unload and deliver products safely and accurately using appropriate equipment.
- Complete delivery and pickup paperwork accurately.
- Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Maintain product levels on shelves, displays, and coolers; transport products using MHE.
- Communicate any barriers to route plans to supervisors.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions.
- Complete all required training and certifications.
- Follow company policies, store policies, and applicable laws including DOT regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
- Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record.
- At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or military equivalent.
- Experience within the past 12 months with similar CMV.
- One year of work experience in physically demanding environments.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Must pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.
Preferred Skills
- High school diploma or GED.
- Beverage industry experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience with pallet jacks or similar equipment.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds.
- Repetitive pushing and pulling of manual transport equipment over distances.
- Physically exerting over sustained periods.
