WM (Waste Management) is seeking a driver to operate commercial vehicles and support essential waste collection services in Georgia. The role emphasizes safety, compliance with DOT regulations, and reliable daily routing.

The position requires a CDL with air-brake endorsement, 18+ years old, and ability to communicate in English. Training is provided, with opportunities for career progression and benefits as part of the WM family.

Competenze

• CDL required with air-brake endorsement.
• Class A or B CDL with air-brake endorsement.
• Must be at least 18 and eligible to work.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Mansioni

• Operates vehicle in compliance with safety rules and laws.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents DVIR.
• Reports unsafe situations to Operations Manager or Dispatch.
• Attends training and participates in meetings.
• Works with Operations Manager to improve route efficiency.
• Notifies of incidents, accidents, or safety hazards.
• Communicates customer requests to Ops or Dispatch.
• Completes end-of-day documentation and check-out.
• Assists other drivers to meet customer needs.
