Qualifications

• Valid CDL; Class level must meet position requirements.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years verifiable on-the-road experience within last 5 years.
• MVR and background check including drug screen.
• Ability to pass road test and a DOT physical.
• Maintain valid Medical Examiner Certificate and pass DOT tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead driver training for CDL program across over-the-road, range, and classroom.
• Administer written tests and evaluate grades.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and air-brake tests.
• Instruct shifting patterns and backing maneuvers.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
