Job summary

Ancora Education is seeking a CDL Driver Trainer to oversee all driver training functions at the assigned location. The role requires longevity in the field, excellent communication, and leadership abilities for over-the-road, range, and classroom instruction.

The trainer works under supervision of program leadership and coordinates with Ancora Training contracted company. This position involves travel to other locations for scheduled cohorts and requires the ability to manage instructional

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with required class level.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years of verifiable on-the-road experience within the last 5 years.
• DOT Medical Examiner Certificate and DOT drug screen.
• Ability to pass our road test.
• Willingness to travel to other locations as needed.
• Knowledge of pre-trip inspections, air-brake tests, and CDL driving basics.

Responsibilities
