Performance Foodservice in Oneonta, NY is seeking a supervisor for the driver team to ensure safe, efficient, and timely deliveries. You will monitor DOT logs, enforce regulations, and coordinate driver data and paperwork, while supporting daily transportation operations.

Ideal candidates bring CDL Class A, a high school diploma or GED, and experience with fleet management systems, with a focus on safety and cost-effective routing.

Competenze

• Must understand DOT and safety regulations for drivers.
• Experience operating computerized fleet management systems.
• Supervision and coaching of delivery drivers.

Mansioni

• Supervise associates including staffing, training, and performance.
• Assist in scheduling and ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.
• Ride with drivers for training and evaluation purposes.
• Support payroll review, logs, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor vehicle safety and safe product handling practices.
• Maintain driver paperwork and inspection reports.
• Coordinate driver data such as licenses and incidents.
• Attend safety meetings and report to operating company.
