QXO in Solon, OH is hiring a CDL Class B driver to support dry-van deliveries and on-site loading tasks. You will perform touch-freight, inspect loads, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Class B CDL license in good standing
• At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Perform touch-freight tasks and loading activities, including lifting and carrying products up to 75 lbs
• Pre-inspect the truck, load materials, and verify load accuracy
• Notify branch management of potential hazards on site and maintain safe loading/unloading procedures
• Set up job parameters and inspect sites to ensure a safe environment for loading/unloading
• Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher to ensure timely delivery of products
• Follow all DOT and company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
