Job summary

QXO is seeking a professional CDL driver to join our logistics team in Corpus Christi, TX. Responsibilities include touch-freight handling, vehicle pre-inspection, and safe loading/unloading, with emphasis on accuracy and on-time delivery.

Requirements include being 21+, holding a valid CDL, and 12 months of verifiable truck driving. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather and able to collaborate with dispatch and branch management.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Class A or B CDL license in good standing.
• At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Experience operating heavy equipment and driving a manual transmission truck.

Responsibilities

• Perform touch-freight tasks, lifting, moving, or carrying products weighing over 75 lbs.
• Pre-inspect the truck, load materials, and verify load accuracy.
• Notify branch management of potential hazards on site.
• Set up job parameters and inspect the site to ensure loading/unloading safety.
• Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher for timely delivery.
• Follow DOT and company safety procedures and wear PPE.

What you'll do:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
