You will transport residents to medical appointments and activities, assist with mobility, and ensure safety throughout trips. The role emphasizes teamwork, documentation, and respectful communication with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with mobility as needed.
• Demonstrate teamwork in serving residents.
• Show strong organizational and communication skills in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from medical appointments and activities.
• Ensure resident safety while entering, riding, and exiting the vehicle.
• Help residents with mobility aids when boarding/alighting.
• Provide courteous, high-level customer service at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments for monthly billing.
• Report vehicle issues to supervisor and keep vehicle clean and orderly.
• Assist lifestyle team during outings when needed.
• Protect residents' confidentiality and follow procedures.
