Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Driver to transport residents, staff, and visitors within our gated retirement community in Glen Mills, PA. The role requires a valid CDL Class C with passenger endorsement and DOT medical certification, and offers a comprehensive benefits package with growth opportunities.

Starting pay is $18 per hour, with pre-/post-trip inspections, wheelchair-accessible vehicles, and a supportive team dedicated to safe, dependable service for our residents

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to drive.
• Current and valid CDL Class C with passenger endorsement.
• This license must be maintained during employment.
• Ability to operate vehicles with wheelchair ramps and lifts.
• Minimum 3 years of verifiable driving experience.
• Current DOT Physical/Medical Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents, staff, and visitors to scheduled and unscheduled appointments.
• Operate vehicles with wheelchair ramps and lifts.
• Operate passenger buses and sedans.
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting.
• Prepare vehicles for use with pre-/post-trip inspections and refueling.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Log and track vehicle usage.
