Odyssey Logistics in Chesterton, Indiana is seeking a high-energy Driver Recruiter to source, engage, and hire CDL-A drivers across the Midwest, with support for West Coast hiring as needed.

You will own the recruiting process from lead generation through onboarding, collaborating with Operations, Safety, Compliance, and HR to meet our driver needs and build a strong pipeline across multiple terminals and lanes.

Competenze

• 3+ years of Class A CDL driver recruiting experience.
• Experience using Tenstreet or Driver Recruitment Tools to manage leads, applications and pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of the transportation industry, driver qualifications, and DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with ability to recruit CDL-A drivers in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Source, screen, interview, and onboard Class A CDL drivers to meet business needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified drivers across multiple terminals, lanes, equipment types, and markets.
• Develop new ways to find qualified drivers and support driver referral programs.
• Manage recruiting activity in Tenstreet, including leads, applications, and pipeline tracking.
