Job summary

High Road Partners Inc. in Houston is seeking a Driver Recruiter to support recruiting for CDL drivers across dedicated, regional, local, and intermodal operations. You will source and hire qualified drivers, build pipelines, and manage the full recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding.

A base salary of $60,000–$80,000, depending on experience, plus a performance bonus opportunity, is offered as a path to long-term growth with a financially stable company.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting CDL drivers for trucking/transportation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of DOT hiring requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire qualified CDL drivers for multiple operating divisions.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using a variety of recruiting sources.
• Manage the recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding.
• Build relationships with prospective drivers and promote the company’s employment opportunities.
• Partner with operations and leadership to meet hiring goals and staffing requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure compliance with applicable hiring regulations.
