High Road Partners Inc. is seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter to support recruiting efforts for its local, regional, dedicated, and intermodal CDL operations in New Jersey. This role focuses on attracting qualified drivers and building a robust talent pipeline.

You will manage the recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding, partner with operations to hit hiring goals, and promote employment opportunities while ensuring compliance with DOT requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting CDL drivers for trucking or transportation.
• Build candidate pipelines and manage end-to-end recruiting.
• Knowledge of DOT hiring requirements and driver standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire qualified CDL drivers for multiple operating divisions.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using various sources.
