• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiar with ATS tools such as Tenstreet, DriverIQ, or AS400.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and engage CDL driver leads via multiple channels.
• Present fleet opportunities, explain pay and benefits to drivers.
• Manage full-cycle driver hiring from contact to orientation.
• Ensure DOT, background checks, and compliance filings are complete and accurate.
• Collaborate with Operations, Safety, and HR to meet staffing needs.
• Maintain cost awareness throughout recruiting and onboarding.
