Job summary

QXO is seeking a CDL Driver to safely deliver building materials to customer sites and job sites while supporting loading, unloading, and securing loads. The role requires 21+ and a valid CDL A with 1–2 years of experience, plus strong safety and communication skills.

The position involves field-based work, driving company vehicles, and occasional overtime or weekend hours to meet delivery schedules. Health benefits and PTO are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A license in good standing.
• Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport building materials to customer locations according to routes and schedules.
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections per DOT/FMCSA rules.
• Plan efficient delivery routes considering traffic and jobsite access.
• Maintain communication with dispatch regarding departures, arrivals, and delays.
• Obtain customer signatures and required delivery documentation.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and assist with unloading.
