Job summary

Waste Management is seeking a CDL driver to operate heavy-duty trucks, transporting waste and recyclables from customer sites to disposal or transfer facilities. You will back up and maneuver in challenging environments, perform vehicle inspections, and maintain accurate route and service documentation.

The role requires a CDL (A or B) with air-brake endorsement, good English communication, and the ability to work in varied residential and commercial settings.

Qualifications

• A CDL is required (A or B) with an air-brake endorsement.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public and complete records.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks in accordance with safety and regulatory rules.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Dump receptacles and ensure customer locations are clean after service.
• Complete end-of-day documentation and route check-out.
