Job summary

EXO Inc. seeks a dependable Construction Crew Member with a Class A CDL to join our field operations. The role combines driving and hands-on construction tasks, transporting equipment and materials between facilities and active job sites, and performing site prep and concrete work.

Responsibilities include operating skid steers and excavators, setting up forms, tying rebar, and assisting crew to complete projects safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience, preferably hauling equipment.
• Experience with concrete work and forms, rebar, and pouring.
• Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, forklifts, or similar equipment.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and load securement procedures.
• Ability to read construction drawings and follow safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor in support of utility, civil, and infrastructure projects.
• Mix, place, and finish concrete for foundations and slabs.
• Set, align, and dismantle concrete forms and install rebar.
• Operate construction equipment within certification and experience levels.
• Haul equipment, materials, and supplies to and from job sites.
• Maintain logs, inspections, and DOT documentation.
